一、基本信息

安丽君,女,博士,宁夏固原人。2003年毕业于2008年毕业于中国农业大学,获农学博士学位;2009至2012年在浙江大学从事博士后研究;2011,2016-2017分别赴美国密歇根大学(University of Michigan)进行交流访问。2012年3月加入到西北农林科技大学生命科学学院工作。

二、研究方向

1. 植物表皮细胞分化、发育的分子机制研究:表皮毛和根毛分别是植物地上部组织和根表皮细胞向外延伸形成的特殊结构,是研究植物细胞形成和形态建成的优良模式系统。课题组主要以模式植物拟南芥为材料,研究激素信号、细胞骨架信号以及细胞周期途径对表皮毛和根毛发育的影响。

2. 表皮细胞的可塑性生长发育与植物非生物逆境适应的遗传机制研究:植物表皮毛和根毛具有强大的发育可塑性,在帮助植物抵御逆境胁迫中发挥着重要的作用。课题组在解析控制植物表皮毛和根毛发育的分子调控网络的基础上,正在以小麦和苜蓿为研究材料,深入研究表皮毛和根毛的可塑性生长发育适应高温、盐碱等逆境胁迫的遗传和分子机理,期望为作物的抗逆遗传改良提供理论依据和新思路。
