
一,个人简介
张艾,汉族,青年教授,博士生导师。2018 年毕业于东北师范大学生命科学学院植物学专业,获理学博士学位(导师:刘宝教授)。同年加入瑞典农业科学大学(Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences)植物发育研究中心,从事博士后研究(合作导师:Charles Melnyk)。2023 年入职西北农林科技大学生命科学学院。
二,研究方向
植物再生依赖细胞全能性与多能性,通过细胞脱分化与再分化过程,实现伤口愈合或完整植株重建。目前,再生技术已广泛应用于嫁接、扦插、组织培养等农业生产场景,但细胞全能性与多能性的诱导及精准调控,仍是植物学领域亟待持续探索的核心科学问题。我们以拟南芥和小麦为模式材料,整合遗传学、细胞生物学及分子生物学等多学科技术手段,系统开展再生关键因子(涵盖植物干细胞及小分子化合物)的挖掘与功能解析,旨在阐明植物再生的核心调控网络,实现对植物再生能力的定向操控,为作物遗传改良与育种创新提供理论支撑和技术参考。

主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家海外博士后引才专项(第二批)、陕西省三秦英才引才计划区域青年人才项目,以及科研院所横向合作等科研项目。
